    As you are running a blog dedicated to good customer service, I just wanted you to be aware of the existence of http://www.verygoodservice.com/ which is a business locator service for companies offering good customer service. You may want to make a mention of it in your blog if you think it is a good idea. Many thanks

      Mike, I don’t have an anser for this myself, but I just sent out a tweet and we’ll see if anyone responds back. I do have a suggestion for you, have you ever tried “Yahoo Answers” before? You can post a question like this and you’d be surprised at the response you’ll get! http://answers.yahoo.com/

    I have a 2004 Chevy 2500 Duramax with 118,000 miles and the anti-freez has never been changed. I have had it checked several times and it has checked out ok. When do you change the anti-freez and what do you replace it with?

    Thank you for your help.

      Thanks,

    I want to file a complaint about the dealership from whom I purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave. Please provide me with the address or website. Thank you.

      Hi Robert,

      First, sorry to hear that there is a problem. Buying a new car is supposed to be a fun adventure, and it doesn’t sound like things turned out that way for you!

      You didn’t mention which state you’re from, I’m in California, and this is what I would suggest here;

      Stop by your local District Attorney’s office, and ask them for a referral. Car dealers are regulated, you’ll just need to ask the right questions to find out where your complaint can be received and investigated. The District Attorney will look into criminal matters, yours is probably Civil. District Attorney’s offices generally have investigators, and if it’s in their jurisdiction they could help. You’ll probably find that you’re not the first one to ask your question, and the receptionist will probably be happy to send you to someone that can listen and help.

      Drop in at the Department of Motor Vehicles. They have investigators too. If your situation isn’t covered by DMV they may be able to send you in the right direction.

      You can also call the general government telephone number for your town, city, or county and ask for a referral.

      There are websites where you can post a complaint. I really don’t know if this will help, when I look at those websites, I see ads plastered everywhere. This blog is a freebie, ad free. (Sometimes WordPress may throw an ad on, but they don’t send any revenue my way :-) so you know we’re really on your side here.
      Well good luck, and I hope your situation is resolved. Sorry I couldn’t be more specific, not knowing where you live or what the actual problem is.
